Skippering with Soul-Sail
Would you like to work for us as a skipper in the most beautiful areas of the world? Then you’ve come to the right place!
Mediterranean Sea, Canary Islands, Caribbean are our current areas of operation. Due to our constant growth, more and more regions are being added.
Whether you only have a few weeks a year or want to sail for several months at a time, we have individual possibilities to plan your assignments.
In addition to one-week sailing trips, we also offer numerous special trips: flotilla sailing, yoga and Pilates, mega yacht events and numerous one-way trips are part of our programme.
We distinguish between junior skippers, senior skippers and transfer skippers. This has to do with the experience and skills, as well as the existing licences. For beginners who are interested in the job of a skipper, we offer an internal skipper programme. Whether you are an experienced skipper or just starting out on your „skipper life“, we look forward to meeting you.

The „sailing vita“ should briefly describe your sailing career: How many nautical miles you have, what types/sizes of boats you have sailed, what certificates you hold and what makes you a good host?

You would like to become a skipper and are between 20 and 45 years old?
Then apply for our „assisted skipper“ program. Together with experienced skippers we prepare you step by step for your future job. After you have obtained your SKS (or comparable) and SRC certificate, you will first sail as a co-skipper, before skippering yourself for the first time in a flotilla.
